Payments

All payments for services at indolinkwebsolutions.com must be made in favour of "IndoLink Web Solutions Private Limited". All payments are to be made on a 100% advance basis to continue using uninterrupted Paid Services.

We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments under any other name (e.g., individuals, other company names, Western Union, or personal PayPal accounts). IndoLink Web Solutions shall not be liable for any loss arising from transactions with such fraudulent entities. If you encounter such activity, contact us immediately.

Subscription and Disputes

If the User is liable to pay Subscription Fees, the same must be paid on demand, even if under dispute. Should the Company decide the dispute in the User's favour, any excess amount will be refunded without interest. Failure to make timely payments may result in service termination.

Refund / Money Back Policy

Once subscribed, payments made for any Paid Services are non-refundable. IndoLink Web Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or authenticity of content shared by other users. All services are offered on a best-effort basis.

Fraudulent Transactions

Users are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality and for any activity conducted via their account. IndoLink Web Solutions is not liable for misuse of payment instruments (e.g., credit/debit cards) by the subscriber.

Change in Preferences or Delays

Due to constant interaction and mutual approval throughout the process, there is no provision for refunds. Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and cannot be canceled. Changes in personal preference do not qualify for a refund.
