IndoLink Web Solutions operates with a transparent and professional approach to service delivery. Due to the nature of our services and the customization involved, we follow a strict no-refund policy once a project or service has been initiated.
Once you subscribe or make payment for any of our paid services, the amount is non-refundable. This includes website development, digital marketing, software services, and consulting.
Orders once placed cannot be canceled as our team starts working on them immediately. Any request for cancellation or refund due to change of mind, delay in decision-making, or revised requirements will not be accepted.
IndoLink Web Solutions is not liable for any damages caused by fraudulent transactions. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that payments are made only through official channels. We do not authorize third-party or personal payment methods.
As we work closely with clients and proceed only after approval at every step, any change in personal preference or business strategy after service initiation will not qualify for a refund.
In case of any disputes, IndoLink Web Solutions will evaluate the situation internally. If found valid, excess amounts may be refunded at our discretion, without any obligation or interest.
